After consultation with the Guild Management Committee, and with great regret, our President Tony Ellis has concluded that we need to cancel the Autumn Tour. It is looking unlikely that we will be ringing again by that time and also the challenge of social distancing with a dozen or more people in a minibus is going to be impossible to achieve. This has been a particularly difficult decision as we will not have had a tour at all this year but we believe it is right to cancel it now so there is certainty about what we are doing.
I will contact those who have paid deposits for the Autumn Tour separately.
So, let’s look forward positively to 2021. We will do then what we had hoped to do this year. The details with the dates are on the flyer. Please put them in your diaries now so that you will not miss out on these Tours and have the opportunity to meet up with our friends and members again.
